ORDER PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt allowing for production time. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 7am EST, Saturday and Sunday will begin production and processing the following Monday.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas Day. Standard shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Second day and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.

PAYMENT METHODS

Moana Beauty accepts the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

- For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

- All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

SALES TAX

Moana Beauty LLC is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida.

BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK

If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know about it. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a backorder, exchange or cancel instructions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Moana Beauty would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. To find out if your UNUSED item is eligible for a return or exchange, YOU MUST EMAIL OR CALL email us at iaorana@moanabeauty.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. We are unable to refund the shipping charges and return shipping is to be paid by the customer upon approval of a Return Authorization. Used products are ineligible for return or exchange. No items will be refunded or exchanged without a approved Return Authorization. If we receive an item back without prior approval of a Return Authorization, it will not be refunded nor will it be exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. All return or exchange items with a Return Authorization MUST be packaged properly, any items damaged or destroyed during return shipping will not be refunded or exchanged. The shipper must contact their carrier and file an insurance claim.

DAMAGED, LOST, REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your purchase is damaged, you required to notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will process and send a return label and have our shipper pick up the package from you. If your package appears damaged upon delivery and you are present at delivery, do not sign for the package and the carrier will return it to us. Once we receive the returned package, will promptly send you an exchange.

If for any reason your package does not arrive within the estimated arrival time, you are required to contact us within 30 days from the day you received your shipping notification email from us. Moana Beauty cannot be held responsible for notifications or claims after the 30 day time period. No exceptions.

Undeliverable packages due to incorrect information provided by you, or by your unavailability to accept the package will incur additional shipping charges for the item to be shipped to you again after it is returned to Moana Beauty.  We are in no way responsible for typographical errors by the customer. If your item cannot be reshipped, then a store credit will be issued for the balance. This store credit is valid for one year from the date of the original order. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
