At Moana Beauty, we strive to keep our products as pure and natural as we possibly can. We also use as many ingredients sourced directly from Tahiti as possible:

- Monoi Oil
- Tamanu Oil
- Tiare flowers
- Bora Bora Sand
- Vanilla Extract from Taha'a
- Pineapple Extract from Moorea
- Sargassum Mangaravese Extract
- Polynesian Lagoon water
- Pacific Pure Minerals

and more. In some cases, certain raw materials simply aren't manufactured in Tahiti. In these instances, we look to other areas of the Polynesian Triangle, such as Hawai'i for ingredients like sugar and salt.

What is NOT Found in Moana Beauty Products?

Moana Beauty products do not contain:

- Parabens
- Synthetic Dyes
- Phthalates
- GMOs
- Triclosan

Are there preservatives in Moana Beauty Products?

Yes, we feel preservatives are key to the safety and efficacy of our products. Most Moana Beauty products contain Optiphen, a globally approved paraben and formaldehyde-free preservative system. Optiphen consists of Phenoxyethanol in an emollient base of Caprylyl Glycol. INCI: Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol.
